  The comfort

  The hotel needs renovation, the bath was not really inviting. It was all chipped, missing paint,...I stayed in the one in Ottawa which was amazing but this one really needs some work!

  Room allocated was not room booked. Room services although indicated as running up till 1:00 am was closed at 12:55 - only because I insisted did I get a price reduction for the room as it was not the room originally booked, although price was not my concern I'd much rather have obtained the room booked than a 10 dollar reduction. Reception staff obviously told to apologize to solve the issue. Apologies do not resolve anything. Being told that hotel policy is different from what's offered on Booked.net and that hotel is not responsible is absolute crap. Hotel/hotel chain pay to be on these sites and should know what is advertised;

  - Rooms are small, no fridge in the room, printer is not working in the business centre, 3 computers in the business centre, only one is working.

  Although it was good-Breakfast was the same every day. We extended our stay 3 more days-left little to be interested in by that point.

  Hotel is easy to find and has good parking and many restaurants nearby. Also appreciated the 24 hr airport shuttle. Swimming pool and whirlpool were a bonus.

  I know this is a small thing, but I did not get my wakeup call. The person behind the desk was not attentive and that should have set off alarm bells. If I had not set the alarm on my cell I would have missed my flight. As it was, I got stranded due to weather and needed all the help I could get to make my appointments the next day.The hotel itself was fine.

  Beautiful decor with the abundant wood carvings as art pieces on the foyer walls plus on elevator door frames added an elegant toch to the hotel

  You are asking reviewers to not post adverse comments in this box yet do not provide for same elsewhere so I will post a minor complaint here.My complaint is that I noticed in the fine print on the sign-in sheet something to the effect that I would receive the Globe and Mail newspaper for $0.75 unless I declined by signalling same on the form.I did not read it carefully but thought I accepted the offer.Nexr morning ,there was no newspaper for me outside my door.While it's possible some one nicked my copy,the other ,more gnawing thought is that it was not delivered.Now,if I misread the agreement I signed to receive it for $0.75,please let me know.Regardless,I'll be a lot more careful reading that section next time I'm booked into your hotel.

  After a 23 hours trip it was a piece of heaven to stay at the Crowne Plaza.

  It's located just under the landing airway of the Pearson International Airport : very noisy, planes are very close and there is plne every 120 seconds... It's 14CAD instead of 12CAD to park your car.

  The shower was broken and there were ants on my bed!!!
